Welcome to SchoolMG. By registering for an account or using our multi-tenant SaaS platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By accessing and using this platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
SchoolMG provides a cloud-based school management system (SaaS). We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for the internal administrative, academic, and financial operations of your specific school.
Your school retains full ownership of all data inputted into the platform (student records, staff details, scores, and fee records). While we perform daily automated server-side backups, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to generate and download manual backups periodically from your dashboard to prevent catastrophic data loss.
After your initial free trial period, continued use of the platform requires an active subscription. Default pricing is assessed per academic term. However, custom negotiations with the developer may result in personalized billing adjustments. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension of your subdomain.
You agree not to use the platform to:
SchoolMG and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes via your registered admin email.
