Your data belongs to you. The school is the sole owner of all inputted "Tenant Data". We act purely as a data processor. We do not sell, rent, or trade student, parent, or staff data to advertising agencies or external third parties.
All data is hosted securely on premium dedicated servers. We utilize industry-standard cryptographic hashing for passwords and encryption over HTTPS to protect data during transmission. Daily automated snapshots/backups are maintained solely for disaster recovery purposes.
For technical support and rapid troubleshooting, the super-administrator (System Developer) possesses a "God Mode" login tool. This allows the developer to shadow into a school's dashboard. Schools retain the right to disable this feature from their internal settings if strict isolation is required.
Some platform features (e.g., automated transcript OCR) may utilize reputable third-party generative AI models. When using these specific features, only the immediately relevant text is parsed securely over encrypted API calls. No personal student records are utilized for training public AI models.
Tenant data is retained as long as the school maintains an active subscription. If a school leaves the platform, they have the right to export their data. Upon confirmed termination, the school's isolated data sandbox can be securely erased from our primary servers upon request.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. Any significant changes regarding data handling will be communicated directly to your registered Admin email.
